PURPOSE: A polyester film for protecting polarizing plate is provided not to have heterogeneity of light interference, and to have surface staining resistance, and antistatic properties. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film for protecting polarizing plate comprises a substrate film which is a multi-layered or multi-layered polyester film, and an antistatic coating layer coated by antistatic coating liquid on at least one side of the substrate film. The antistatic coating liquid comprises 200-2000 parts by weight of a binder resin, 40-100 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, and 50-500 parts by weight of a fluorinated compound based on 100.0 parts by weight of a conductive polymer resin. The conductive polymer resin comprises polythiophene, a composition consisting of polyanion, or polytiophene derivatives and polyanion.
