A manufacturing method of the hydroxamic derivatives comprises: a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 3 by hydryolysis of a compound in chemical formula 2 which is starting material; a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 5 through a condensation reaction of the compound in chemical formula 3 with a compound in chemical formula 4, and a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 1a through an addition reaction of the chemical formula 5 with a compound in chemical formula 6.
