PURPOSE: A signal processing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to increase the bit number of transmitted data and the required number of a channel by differently setting a sampling frequency. CONSTITUTION: A modified frequency ratio is obtained by arranging the frequency band of an input signal according to a size(S210). A multiplex channel number corresponding to a multiplex cycle is obtained(S220). A time interval of the multiplex channel is obtained(S230). A multiplexing order is set by allocating the input signal to the multiplex channel(S240). Multiplying is performed according to a determined multiplexing order(S250). The input signals parallely offered is converted to a serial multiplex signal through multiplexing(S260). De-multiplexing is performed(S270).
