PURPOSE: A complex digital x-ray camera and a photographing method thereof are provided to obtain a digital medical image and bone mineral density with 1 time x-ray photography by installing a plurality of detectors in one digital x-rays camera. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage generator is used for x-ray photography. A digital x-ray camera comprises a collimator. The collimator adjusts the smallest gap by controlling x-rays irradiated form an x-ray tube(30) by using a thin fan beam. A plurality of detectors(50, 51) is composed of a MIC(Multichannel Ionization Chamber) which obtains the x-rays through a subject. The MIC detects a double image data. The X-ray tube and plurality of detectors are carried to top and bottom at the same time. A bone density measurement part(200) is formed in the digital x-ray camera in order to measure bone mineral density.
