PURPOSE: A timber functionality strengthening complex panel is provided to can be used even in a place of a high humidity without degradation of a performance and in various fields such as architectural materials, interior and exterior finishing materials, furniture, and all kinds of facilities by having an excellent greening, the durability, a shock resistance, and an anti-corrosive. CONSTITUTION: A composite panel(10) comprises a woody sectional panel portion and a stone functionality sectional panel portion(120). The woody sectional panel portion is formed into a woody panel shape with a thin thickness. The stone functional sectional panel portion is formed by welding after processing a stone material onto one or more side of the woody sectional panel portion so that the stone functional sectional panel portion is used a finish and exterior material having a plurality of functions.
