发明名称 Procédé de préparation d'un alliage fer-aluminium.
摘要 A process for the preparation of alloys containing iron and aluminium comprises: (a) melting iron to amount to less than 84% of the final alloy which does not contain more than 0.02% carbon; (b) adding the other constituents, including at least one grain refining additive, to the iron melt; (c) casting the melt in vacuo, in an inert atmosphere or under a protective flux; and (d) hot working the ingot at 600 DEG C-1200 DEG C. to destroy the casting structure. The additional constituents of the alloy may comprise up to 1% in total of one or more of Zr, Nb, Ti, Y, B and rare earth metals and up to 40% Al. For nuclear application, (e.g. cladding for fuel elements or magnets in nuclear reactors) Be and Si may also be added. The hot working of the ingot is preferably preceded by cladding with a metallic jacket which is eliminated after the working stage. The alloy may be annealed after the working steps and may also be cold worked.
