PURPOSE: A subscriber registration and call processing method in an IP-PBX(Internet Protocol Private Branch eXchange) system including a subscriber number is provided to use an extension number in the system. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus receives a registration request(S410). The apparatus sets up a group domain in case there is a plurality of groups in a system(S420,S440). The apparatus generates subscriber identification information including the group domain and a subscriber number(S450). The apparatus registers subscriber identification information in the system(S460).
