PURPOSE: A bench chair is provided to adjust arm supporters according to convenience of a user. CONSTITUTION: A bench chair comprises a seating area(10), bridge members(20), arm supporting portions(30), fixing screws(40), and a backboard part(50). The seating area can keep buttocks of a user. The arm supporters are formed in both sides by locating in s seating area of chair and each side of bridge members. The fixing screw is inserted between the bridge members and seating area by leaving predetermined intervals. The arm supporter is inserted into inner and outside guide grooves(34,35) when the arm supports are unfolded or closed.
