<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to form an external dummy layer and a transparent electrode on the same substrate, thereby eliminating a need of using an OCA(Optical Clear Adhesive) which is difficult to be processed. CONSTITUTION: A substrate comprises first and second sides(12,14) which are opposite each other. A middle layer(30) is formed on a first side of the substrate. A first transparent electrode(42) is formed on the middle layer. An insulating layer(80) is formed on the first transparent electrode. A second transparent electrode(44) is formed on the insulating layer. The middle layer includes a metal oxide. The middle layer is formed on a first layer of a first refractive index. The middle layer includes a second layer whose refractive index is lower than the first refractive index.</p> |
