PURPOSE: A rotating support stand for a special vehicle is provided to lighten the weight of a vehicle and to enhance a spatial utilization due to using in both a crane work and a winch operation. CONSTITUTION: A rotating support stand for a special vehicle comprises: a mount(410) which is fixed on the behind of a main body of a vehicle; a supporting part(430) which is located in slopes downward from the front side of the mount; a hinge(420) which interlinks the mount and the supporting part; a tube(450) which is combined with a cylinder(440) and is guided by the supporting part; a support plate(480) which is connected with a tube which is transferring and supports the load of a vehicle; and a connection bracket(470) which is connected to the tube and the supporting plate so that the supporting plate is connected with the tube which is transferring.
