PURPOSE: An RFID reader and a system including the same are provided to remove a null-point or a dead zone by matching a resonant frequency of an antenna of an RFID reader with a resonant frequency of back-scattered signal. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing circuit(40) of an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification System) reader transmits a signal to an RFID tag through an antenna. The signal processing circuit receives an output signal of the RFID tag. The antenna includes an RLC(Radio Link Control) circuit(64) and a plurality of variable capacitor circuits(66). Each variable capacitor circuit is connected to the capacitor of the RLC circuit.
