PURPOSE: A flow passage insert for pressure keeping and injector having the same is provided to maintain a fixed pressure of fluid by preventing pulsating in an opposite direction to a supply direction of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A flow passage insert(100) includes a fluid flowing grooves(110) and a connection groove(120). A plurality of fluid passage grooves is end of one side of the outer surface and is expnded to the other end of the other side spirally. The fluid of one end part flows through a plurality of fluid passage grooves to the other end. A connection groove is expnded from the external side in a horizontal direction. The connection groove interlinks a plurality of fluid passage grooves in a traverse direction.
