PURPOSE: An umbrella in which a movable chair is formed is provided to use either an umbrella or a chair without limitation of time and place. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella in which a movable chair is formed comprises a main pole(12), an umbrella(14), a handle hole (H2), and a beggar hole(H3). The main pole is a rod in long direction which is made of iron. The umbrella is unfolded by being fixed to one end of the main pole and is folded in contact with the main pole. The handle hole is fixed to one end of the main pole in order to rotate in 90 degrees. The handle hole is formed in order to catch by hand of a man.
