PURPOSE: A banner manufacturing method is provided to maximize an advertizing effect by preventing a run in fabric. CONSTITUTION: A virtual cutting line is set up on a woven fabric according to a design(101) or a specific shape(102). The design is printed on one side of the woven fabric within a range of the virtual cutting line. Rubber liquid(120) is applied on the virtual cutting line. The rubber liquid is dried with the drying part. The woven fabric cuts along the virtual cutting line. Fine powder of the pulp materials is applied on the upper side of the rubber liquid applied on the virtual cutting line. The design can be characters, images, drawings, and images printed on one side or both sides of the woven fabric. |
