RESIN BLEND FOR MELTING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A resin compound for melting process is provided to improve effectiveness and profitability of the process by omitting painting or an electroplating process of a plastic resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin compound for melting process comprises a first resin layer and a second resin layer. The second resin includes a polymer resin which an organic functional group including one or more oxygen is introduced. A melting viscosity difference between the first and the second resins is shear rate of 100-1000 s^(-1), and 0.1-3000 pa*s at working temperature of the resin compound.
