PURPOSE: A rubber composition for a shock absorber oil seal is provided to satisfy heat resistance and low temperature property, and to reduce noise of automobiles in severe ambient conditions. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for a shock absorber oil seal comprises a polymer, filler, crosslinking agent, plasticizer and processing aid. The polymer comprises a hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber in which ACN content is 20-30%. The plasticizer comprises 10-20 parts by weight of ester-based materials based on 100 parts by weight of the polymer.
