PURPOSE: A piezo valve is provided to prevent a piezo from being transformed by a valve member and shield both sides of a valve seat at one time. CONSTITUTION: A piezo valve comprises a valve body(50), a valve member(60), a shift, a connection member, and a piezo. The valve body comprises one side valve seat(V1), the other side valve seat(V2), an internal space(50a), a port, and a circuit board. The internal space is communicated with both sides valve seats. The port is communicated with the internal space and the circuit board is separated from the internal space. The valve member comprises one side plunger(61), the other side plunger(63), and a spring. The shift moves the one side plunger or the other side plunger. The connection member connects the one side plunger and the other plunger to the shift. The piezo moves the one side plunger or the other plunger connected to the shift through the connection member.
