The tibial resection guide can also include a cutting guide coupled to the longitudinal shaft, the cutting guide defining a cutting slot, the cutting slot positioned at a fixed distance from the referencing slot, and an adjustment mechanism operable to move the referencing guide and the cutting guide along the longitudinal shaft without changing the fixed distance. |
