PURPOSE: A node and a data transmission method of a node are provided to increase a total lifetime of a network which is configured to a plurality of nodes. CONSTITUTION: A detecting unit(310) detects neighboring node existing in a point between a point where the node exists among a plurality of neighboring nodes of the node and a point when target node exists. A selecting unit(320) selects one neighboring node among the neighboring node to a next node to be transmitted by using a network depth value of at least one neighboring node and a network depth value of the target node, a network depth value of the node. A communication unit(330) transmits the data to the selected next node.
