PURPOSE: A device for attaching a coil packaging material is provided to save the labor cost, to prevent neglect accident, to reduce working time and to enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for attaching a coil packaging material comprises a first grip module(300), a first attaching robot(200), a second grip module(500) and a second attaching robot(400). The first grip module grips single side-plate and an inner circumferential ring in the form the inner circumferential ring of the single side-plate is inserted. The first attaching robot transfers and attaches the first grip module, which is gripping the single side-plate and the inner circumferential ring, to the side cross-section of the coil. The second grip module grips an outer circumferential ring. The second attaching robot supports the first grip module. The second attaching robot transfers and attaches the second grip module, which is gripping the outer circumferential ring, to the side cross-section of the coil.
