PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for bonding of different materials capable of improving productivity are provided to increase the bonding speed of a base material and a lining member by pressing the base material with the uniform pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(200) for bonding of different materials includes a supporting plate(201) a storage unit(202), and a base material heater(203). The storage unit is formed on one side of the supporting plate for storing a lining member(102). The base material heater heats a base material(101) bonded to the lining member.
