PURPOSE: A structure protection system for a water treatment facility, and a construction method thereof are provided to improve the durability of the water treatment facility, and to reduce the managing cost of the facility. CONSTITUTION: A structure protection system for a water treatment facility comprises the following: a panel(100) separately installed on the inside or the outside of the structure; plural fixing members and insertion members fixing the panel to the water treatment facility; and a filler(400) installed in between the structure of the water treatment facility and the panel. The fixing members include a second hollow anchor bolt penetrating the panel and fixed to a fixing groove on the structure of the water treatment facility, and a second gab controlling nut installed on the outer circumference of one end of the second anchor bolt.
