PURPOSE: A method for extracting non-text information of a music and searching a music and a device thereof are provided to accurately record a real time recorded music, thereby searching information of the music. CONSTITUTION: A conversion unit(1310) receives a music file and converts the music file into data of a frequency domain. A peak extraction unit(1320) extracts peaks from the data. A clustering unit(1330) measures a change amount between the peaks and cluster the peaks according to cluster setup information. A music fingerprint generating unit(1340) generates information about the clustered peaks by a music fingerprint and stores the information in a music feature database. A rearrangement unit(1345) rearranges the clustered peaks. The music fingerprint generating unit clusters the rearranged peaks to generate a new music fingerprint.
