Facility for producing domestic hot water for an apartment block including a common air-extractor fan

The facility (10) has a set of individual air extraction networks (16a-16h) associated to individual housings (14a-14h) and emerging into an air extraction network (38) common to the housings. The air extraction network is provided in downstream of heat exchange units (18a-18h) and with a common air exhaust fan (42). Binary pressure sensors (46, 48) i.e. pressure switches, measure pressure in an extraction network (44) formed from the individual air extraction networks and the common air extraction network. The exhaust fan is regulated based on the pressure measured by the sensors.
