<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for simultaneously regenerating and charging a battery and a method thereof are provided to simultaneously regenerate and charge the battery after eliminating foreign materials inside of the battery, thereby shortening process time. CONSTITUTION: A charging part(150) receives a current from a power source part. A main controller(110) outputs a high frequency pulse signal. A discharge unit(160) discharges a battery. A display part(130) displays information with respect to a charging or discharging process of the battery. A user input part(140) establishes a set value with respect to the charging or discharging process of the battery.</p> |
