PURPOSE: A service quality securing system of a data service and a method thereof are provided to perform quality securing control about data service use of a subscriber based on a quality securing policy of a subscriber. CONSTITUTION: An exchanging unit(200) interfaces packet data between a subscriber terminal(10) and a data service network. An information managing unit(400) supplies an excess subscriber list about at least one subscriber who excesses use of preset data usage standard amount. A network management unit(500) supplies load state information of each base station(100). A QoS(Quality of Service) policy server(600) sets up a QoS policy according to defined policy setup information. |
