PURPOSE: A labeling apparatus is provided to enable convenient printing because a counter number about a specific serial number can be repetitively printed and the number of repetitive printing of the counter number can be regulated. CONSTITUTION: A labeling apparatus comprises a counter display drum, a rotation adjusting bar(110), and a control drum(300). The counter display drum is rotated by interlocking with a counter printing drum. The rotation adjusting bar comprises an adjusting bar formed with a rotating arm(114) and a supporting shaft formed with a driving arm(116), and the rotation adjusting bar is controlled to interlock with the counter display drum. The control drum controls the rotation adjusting bar to interlock or not to interlock with the counter display drum, thereby controlling the rotation of the counter display drum. The control drum includes a single-stage drum and a multi-stage drum.
