PURPOSE: A vehicle management method using cloud computing and system thereof are provided to systemically direct actions for the abnormality of a vehicle by confirming the information of a vehicle from outside. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle electronic control system receives an electronic signal of a vehicle and transmits the electronic signal to a cloud computing system(S410). A java execution code is constituted by determining a danger possibility through the electronic signal(S420). The cloud computing system transmits the java execution code to the electronic control system(S430). The java execution code is executed in the vehicle(S440).
