<p>PURPOSE: A breeding and managing method for Korean beef cattle using tradition fodder is provided to increase the fodder eating rate of the cattle by developing the ruminant stomach and the intestines of the cattle. CONSTITUTION: A breeding and managing method for Korean beef cattle using tradition fodder comprises the following steps: feeding the tradition fodder obtained by mixing roughage and concentrated feed in a ratio of 5-6:5-4 to 4-6 months old female cattle, and breeding into a mother cattle; impregnating the mother cattle to obtain a calf; and butchering the mother cattle when the age of the cattle is 24-32 months. The roughage is selected from pasture grass, wild grass, or green feed crops.</p> |
