CARRIER BOARD TRANSFER APPARATUS FOR TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: A carrier board transfer apparatus for a test handler is provided to improve the reliability in a process of using a metal chain by adjusting the location of a sprocket for the adjustment of the tension of the chain. CONSTITUTION: A drive sprocket(210) rotates forwardly and reversely. A first support member(220) fixes the location of the drive sprocket. A driven sprocket(230) is separated from the drive sprocket at a fixed interval. The second support member(240) supports the driven sprocket. A chain(250) moves using the drive sprocket and the driven sprocket as a rotation turn. The moveable member(260) moves the carrier board along the traveling direction of the chain. A drive source(270) runs the drive sprocket. A tension adjusting device(280) adjusts the tension of the chain according to heat change by controlling the location of the second support member.
