PURPOSE: A high speed electrolytic pickling method is provided to reduce the generation amount of toxic gas after an electrolytic pickling test, and to reduce the temperature rice time of a pickling solution. CONSTITUTION: A high speed electrolytic pickling method comprises the following steps: preparing an electrolytic pickling bath(240) with plural electrode units(244, 245) and a specimen settling stand(260); increasing the temperature of a pickling solution inside the electrolytic pickling bath to the constant temperature; fixing a test sample(220) of the specimen settling stand for contacting the sample with the electrode units, and dipping into the pickling solution; setting the polarity conversion time applied to the electrode units; and supplying anode and cathode currents to each electrode units by turns.
