PURPOSE: A super fine tension load control system for winding a wire is provided to finely control load applied to a wire according to types or properties of the wire. CONSTITUTION: A super fine tension load control system for winding a wire(1) comprises a roller dancer(11), a lever(12), a rotary shaft(13), and a power generator(10). The roller dancer guides a wire to a winding device in order to wind the wire to the winding device. The roller dancer is rotatably installed in one edge of the lever. The rotary shaft is connected to the other edge of the lever to rotate the lever. The power generator rotates the rotary shaft to press the wire with preset load.
