PURPOSE: A motor/generator cooling system for a hybrid vehicle capable of improving the efficiency of a transmission is provided to form and supply necessary fluid pressure for cooling a motor/generator for effectively cooling the motor/generator. CONSTITUTION: A motor/generator cooling system for a hybrid vehicle includes a cooling pipe(110), a rear cover(140), an input supporter(130), and a case(120). The rear cover is connected to the downstream side of the cooling pipe for supporting the cooling pipe. The input supporter is connected to the downstream side of the cooling pipe, and rotatably supports a rotor of a first motor/generator. The case is combined to the rear cover and the input supporter, and fixes the cooling pipe penetrating a through-hole(127).
