PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to secure the state of a duty ratio of an outputted signal regardless of the generation of noise in a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: A buffering part(310) buffers an input signal(IN). The buffering part includes a plurality of p-type metal oxide semiconductor transistors and a plurality of n-type metal oxide semiconductor transistors. A level detecting part(330) detects the level of a reference voltage(V_REF) and generates a controlling signal(CTR). The level detecting part includes a detection signal generating part(332), a voltage detecting part(334), and a controlling signal outputting part(336). A drivability regulating part(350) responds to the controlling signal for regulating base current drivability.
