PURPOSE: A piston seal capable of preventing the tilting using plural protrusion ribs is provided to reduce the transmission shock during the gear transmission by decreasing the frictional force. CONSTITUTION: A piston seal(10) comprises the following: more than two first protrusion ribs(31a, 31b) formed on the outer surface of outer circumferential sealing rubber(30), and closely attached to an inner wall of a housing; a piston(20) surrounded by the outer circumferential sealing rubber; more than two second protrusion ribs(32a) formed on the inner surface of inner circumferential sealing rubber(32); and the inner circumferential sealing rubber bonded to the inner surface of a through-hole formed inside the piston.
