PURPOSE: A cool water and hot water purifier is provided to reduce a gap between a warm water tank and a purified water tank by integratedly forming an air vent and a warm water supplying pipe into a T-shaped form. CONSTITUTION: A cool water and hot water purifier includes a purified water tank(160), a cool water tank, and a warm water tank(100). The warm water tank includes a warm water supplying pipe(116) which discharges warm water to the outside of the purifier. The warm water is heated by a heater. The warm water supplying pipe is in connection with an air vent(150) which discharges vapor and air generated from the inside of the warm water tank. The warm water supplying pipe and the air vent are integrated into a T-shaped form on the upper side of the warm water tank.
