PURPOSE: An uplink transfer method and system thereof are provided to select a beamforming vector or an access base station based on the property of an uplink channel of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit(310) measures an average channel between a mobile station and a candidate base station and a fading channel. A selecting unit(320) selects the candidate base station and a beamforming vector by using measured channel information. The selecting unit includes an operating unit, an estimating unit, and a comparison selecting unit. The comparison selecting unit selects the beamforming vector and an access base station.
