PURPOSE: An electronic device, a control device, and a control method thereof are provided to easily use a network device by pairing and to freely operate an electronic device by pairing a control device and an electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(17) performs pairing based on a command of a user. The control unit transfers control device information to the other electronic device in order to perform communication between the control unit and the other electronic device. The control unit transfers electronic device information to the control unit.
