CONDUCTIVE FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a second metal layer to be spread by forming an electrode wire through a laminating structure of the second metal layer and a first metal layer. CONSTITUTION: A conductive film is composed of a base member(10), a transparent electrode formed on the base member, and an electrode wire(30). The transparent electrode is formed in a display space. The electrode wire is formed on a non-display area. The electrode wire comprises a first metal layer(32) formed in the base member, and a second metal layer consisting of metal which is different with the first metal layer. The first metal layer is fixed in order to prevent the spreading of the second metal layer. The wiring space of a plurality of electrode wires is reduced less than 100um.
