<p>PURPOSE: A method manufacturing titanium dioxide paste for a dye sensitized solar cell is provided to improve a dye absorption rate and the performance of a solar cell by forming the TiO2 layer of a porosity semiconductor electrode part from TiO2 paste. CONSTITUTION: A porosity semiconductor electrode part(110) excites electronics through oxidation. The porosity semiconductor electrode part transfers an excited electron towards a counter electrode part(120). The counter electrode part includes a glass substrate(121), a TCO layer(122), and a platinum layer(123). The platinum layer is formed by the methods including sputtering or electroplating etc. An electrolyte is charged between the porosity semiconductor electrode part and the counter electrode part.</p> |
