PURPOSE: A target nucleic acid detection apparatus is provided to detect a plurality or target nucleic acids using QD(quantum dot) of an inorganic fluorescence material. CONSTITUTION: A target nucleic acid detection apparatus comprises: a chamber(10), a target nucleic acid inlet port(22a), a first probe inlet port(22b), a second probe inlet port(24), and detection device(40). The chamber has first microchannel(12) and second microchannel(14). The target nucleic acid inlet port and the first probe inlet port are place at one side of the chamber and are connected to the first microchannel. The second probe inlet port is connected between the first microchannel and second microchannel.
