PURPOSE: An ultrasonic welding device capable of improving the lifetime of an ultrasonic oscillator is provided to prevent the reduction of the impact resistance of an inner circuit substrate of the ultrasonic oscillator. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic welding device(10) includes a welding jig(21) and a pressing jig(40). The welding jig is fixed to an ultrasonic oscillator(20), and is for inserting a slip ring and a wire to the outer surface. The pressing jig moves toward the welding jig, and compresses the ring and the wire to the welding jig for ultrasonic-welding.
