PURPOSE: A reinforced concrete structure having a cylindrical steel fiber mesh is provided to improve the strength of concrete by uniformly distributing steel fiber to the required parts of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced concrete structure having a cylindrical steel fiber mesh is composed as follows. Cylindrical steel fiber meshes(1) are formed by winding latticed steel fiber in a cylindrical shape. The cylindrical steel fiber meshes are put into a form(10). Concrete is placed in the form to integrally bury the steel fiber meshes in the concrete.
