HUMAN RESOURCE COMPETENCE EVALUATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A human resource ability evaluation system and method thereof are provided to offer customized information in real time by using evaluated human resource information. CONSTITUTION: A database(180) stores document information which is able to evaluate a human resource ability. A criteria providing unit(150) provides selection criteria for extracting keywords and document ability keywords according to each category. A keyword extraction unit(140) extracts the ability keywords and the document ability keywords according to each category based on the selection criteria. An ability evaluation unit(160) evaluates a human resource ability by using the extracted ability keywords.
