THERMAL DEHYDRATOR USING SOLAR ENERGY

PURPOSE: A thermal dehydrating apparatus based on solar heat is provided to efficiently control the apparatus by including a thermal plate which is heated based on the transference of heat using thermal fluid. CONSTITUTION: A thermal dehydrating apparatus based on solar heat includes a dehydrator(200), a raw liquid supplying pump(310), a thermal exchanger(320), a thermal water circulating pump(330), and a solar heat collecting part(400). The dehydrator includes filtering plates(210) with a thermal plate(220). The thermal plate is heated based on the transference of heat using thermal fluid which is supplied from the outside. The raw liquid supplying pump pressurizes raw liquid in a filtering chamber(223) formed between filtering plates and forms cake in the filtering chamber. The thermal exchanger implements a thermal exchanging process with respect to the thermal fluid. The thermal water circulating pump circulates thermal fluid to the thermal plate. The solar heat collecting part generates energy based on solar heat.
