PURPOSE: A power trunk assembly is provided to make manual operation without separate manipulation. CONSTITUTION: A power trunk assembly comprises a trunk lifter(200), an actuator, a drive unit, and a manual operation combination clutch. At least one trunk lifters is fixed and coupled with a vehicle frame to rotate. The actuator is fixed and coupled with one or more trunk lifters and supplies the action force to one or more trunk lifters. The drive unit generates the driving force to the actuator based on the input signal inputted by a user. The manual combination clutch is fixed and coupled with the actuator and drive unit and delivers the driving force of the drive unit to the actuator.
