PURPOSE: A principals and apparatus thereof for obtaining addition energy of front frictional force are provided to reduce noise of a moving object by moving a piston with an air pressure regulating valve. CONSTITUTION: A principals and apparatus thereof for obtaining addition energy of front frictional force include a blade. The entire surfaces of wings(20) of the wing of blade is used to obtain rotation energy. A moving object is installed to the front frictional force area in which the wing of blade moves. When the blade moves from a wing region(21) to a wing region(3) of blade, An interval between parts of the wing of the blade that do not receive front frictional resistance force diminishes to produce addition energy.
