PURPOSE: A filtering module for chemicals is provided to modify the branched structure of fluid flowing to the outside by connecting an upper cell and an upper end cap covering the upper side of a housing. CONSTITUTION: A filtering module for chemicals includes a housing, a lower end cap, an introducing pipe, a filtering member, and an upper cell(140). The upper side of the housing is opened, and the hosing includes an internal space. The introducing pipe connects an upper end part with an introducing port(141) and introduces fluid to be filtered into the housing. The filtering member surrounds the introducing pipe and filters fluid. The upper cell includes the introducing port, a discharging port(142), and an exhaust port(143) in order to cover the opened upper side of the housing. The upper end cap is arranged between the upper cell and the filtering member and branches fluid, which is discharged from the inside and to the outside of the housing, to the discharging port and the exhausting port.
