The backrest and a base (12) are connected such that the backrest is displaceable in rotation between a nominal position and a folded position in single movement by driving the base toward a rear in an rotation range of the backrest between the nominal position and an intermediate position and toward a front in another rotation range of the backrest between the intermediate position and the folded position.
