FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device relates to fish industry and may be used as part of fish dressing machines. The device contains a measuring mechanism for the fish thickness measurement, a transmission mechanism and an actuation mechanism with a blade working tool attached to the bladed shaft kinematically connected to the drive shaft. The transmission mechanism is designed in the shape of a two-arm lever one of the arms whereof is attached to the measuring mechanism. Attached to the end of the second arm is a flat pusher for interaction with the bladed shaft designed in the in the shape of a right triangle positioned within the bladed shaft translatory movement plane. One of the triangle legs (the hypotenuse) represents the pusher working profile; the kinematical connection of the bladed shaft to the drive shaft contains a wheel gear attached to the bladed shaft and conjugated with the long-tooth wheel gear mounted on the drive shaft. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures high precision of the blade cutting line adjustment. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg |
